“Elite” Features at an Affordable Price!
The NordicTrack Elite 1000 is the newest model in their T-Series line of treadmill machines. This machine is ideal for anyone who wants to achieve an effective workout in the comfort of their home, as one of the major benefits of the Elite 1000 is it’s abundance of training capabilities with iFit Live Interactive Training.
(*note: at the time of this review, the Elite 1000 comes with 1-year iFit Membership included in the price — a $468 value!)
The Elite 1000 comes with upgraded features from some of it’s competitors in the T-Series line while still staying in a similar price range, such as a 10″ Smart HD Touchscreen, FlexSelect™ Cushioning Technology, and a 3.0 CHP SMART-Response Motor.
iFit Live — One of the biggest perks of the Elite 1000 is the iFit feature. Gone are the days of a typical “boring” treadmill workout, or getting stuck in a workout slump. iFit enables you to elevate your treadmill experience by providing:
10″ Smart HD Touchscreen —The NordicTrack Elite 1000 has a really nice 10″ full screen touch display. The vibrant display enables you to track your fitness stats, stream on-demand workouts, or join LIVE training classes.
0-12% Live Incline Control — Choose your own incline to really get your heart pumping in an uphill workout, or take advantage of the live incline control option. This enables your iFit Live trainer to auto-adjust your incline to maximize your total-body burn.
20″ x 60″ Treadbelt — This is a long treadbelt that gives ample space for running.
SMART-Response Motor — The Elite 1000 is equipped with a 3.0 CHP SMART-Response Motor. This technology makes the motor self-cooling and results in reduced vibration during your workout.
FlexSelect™ Cushioning — The cushioning technology on the Elite 1000 is designed to mimic a true-road running experience. This will minimize the impact and strain to your joints.
Two 2” Digitally-Amplified Speakers — It’s pretty common to find that some treadmills have speakers with less-than-ideal sound output. This machine has two speakers with great quality and clarity. These speakers are equipped with Bluetooth® Audio Capabilities.
Heavier Weight Limit — The NordicTrack Elite 1000 has a 350 lb. user capacity, so unless you are excessively overweight you won’t have an issue with this machine.

NordicTrack is one of the most well-known fitness brands in the industry. In recent years, they have focused their efforts on enhancing the quality of their machines and adding upgraded features, such as iFit Live and lower-impact cushioning technology. Although you may be paying a little more for NordicTrack machines, you are really getting top-notch design and technology features.
The Elite 1000 is all-around a solid, standard treadmill. One thing we really appreciate is it’s compact design. It has a 79.75” L x 35.5” W x 59.75” H Footprint, so it’s not too bulky if you’re tight on space. It also comes with NordicTrack’s EasyLift™ Assist built in for convenience with folding and unfolding.
This machine comes at an attractive price range with all the upgraded features that we’ve seen from NordicTrack like a large motor, large touchscreen, and an impressive sound system with Bluetooth® Audio Capabilities. Most importantly, the Elite 1000 offers iFit Live, which is one of the most impressive fitness technologies on the market.

What is the price of the Elite 1000 treadmill? If it’s discontinued does it still carry the same warranty?
Hi Mary the Elite 1000 is no longer available.
How high is the incline? I’ve some some go up to level 15 if that makes sense.
Hi Brenda, this model is no longer made. For a similar machine, I would suggest the EXP 10i https://treadmill-ratings-reviews.com/treadmill-reviews/quality-treadmills/nordictrack-exp-10i/
It has incline and decline capabilities so it goes from -3 to 12.
Hi, you state this has been discontinued but Costco is selling them for $1,000.00
Hi Cheryl, they are discontinued online. Some discount retailers may still have them in stock.
