Things We Like:

• The LCD touchscreen on this machine’s Discover SE3 Console is pretty sweet.  It will allow you to view TV shows, connect the internet and interact with your favorite fitness tracking applications.

• The 4.0 HP AC motor is not going to let you down.  It’s just going to go and go and go and go!
• The Platinum Club Series comes Polar Telemetry Lifepulse Digital Heart Rate monitoring.
• The Quick Start feature will remember your preferred settings for speed and incline.

Things We Don’t Like:

• Ok, the price.  Is it really important for you to buy a $7,000-$9,000 machine to do your workouts when a cheaper machine like the Vision T-80 might be good enough?  It’s just like buying a car.  Yes, you would be fine with the Ford Focus, but the Mustang Shelby is just so nice!
• Really – we can’t say anything else critical of this machine.  It’s pretty awesome.

Overall, Life Fitness focuses on quality construction and ergonomics over fancy virtual bells and whistles.  If you just want a GREAT machine for running, then Life Fitness is perfect for you!
