This is not a quality treadmill. We believe if you want quality you should start at about $1,000. For a good walking treadmill check out the Smooth 5.65 or the Sole F63. Both are excellent machines with impressive warranties.

Regarding the handlebars for upper body workout, we suggest that an elliptical trainer is much better suited for a totally body work.
