I thought I was out of luck repairing it. I finally found a tech in my area who was willing to repair it. He told me a company called Maverick Service and Assembly had parts to repair my unit and what part I needed. I then decided to contact Maverick myself. Turns out that with the help of the techs at Maverick I was able to repair my unit without any parts. They helped me over the phone and I am now back running on my treadmill.
